3. Refocus on What Matters Ask: What would make today a win? Not 10 things, just one. Clarity is power.
4. Set Your Emotional State Intentionally Don’t wait for motivation to appear. Create it. Use music, movement, or NLP anchoring to shift your state.
5. Visualise the Day Before It Begins Run a 90-second mental movie: you, calm, clear, decisive, handling today with power and purpose.

It takes less than 10 minutes. But it transforms your next 10 hours.
