Maybe this is something that you could really consider and the question that I've been asking a lot of people as we go through the coaching process is
"𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗱𝗼 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝘄𝗮𝗻𝘁?"
Because we focus on the client focused outcomes and as I go through what people want?
It's very, very 𝙫𝙖𝙜𝙪𝙚.
I wouldn't know how to give it to them even if I had it.
"I want a house. I want to go on travels, I want a partner, a relationship."
Man, these things are so vague.
One I recall from yesterday, she couldn't think of where the house was, she just wants it near the beach.
So we had to drill down to find out what is that goal that when you drill down, you find the 𝙨𝙥𝙖𝙧𝙠, that spark that's inside that's going to lift you up. It's going to drive you towards that goal.
And then the second priority for this client was to have a relationship. What sort of relationship do you want?
Who is it? Who is this person going to be? What are their attributes, all those sort of things that they'd have that spark.
"Who do you have to be, to attract that goal, that house, that partner?"
Remember the old saying "𝘾𝙝𝙖𝙢𝙥𝙖𝙜𝙣𝙚 tastes beer income.", but if you've got a beer for vibration and you're not gonna attract the champagne vibration, does that make sense to you?
So we've got to be very specific and drill down to find where the flame is so we can start fanning that flame and bringing it up. So the whole idea is to create your best life.
And then the second part of this is "Where are these goals?"
And if you say "They're over there somewhere, someday, sometime, someplace, I'll have those goals." They're sort of out in the future. You can't touch them. You're disassociated from them.
So one of the exercises I do is you think of a clear, specific goal and the time and all that sort of thing, where it's going to be. And then you imagine floating into it so you can feel it, see it, hear it as if it had already happened.
And when you start doing this, you start giving you that vibration that's in alignment with that desire or a goal or dream.
It really does work. It's 𝙥𝙧𝙖𝙘𝙩𝙞𝙘𝙚 though.
You've got to practice these things and you've got to practice this incredible thing called your imagination.
Why is that so important? Because imagination creates 𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐲.
So you can imagine something good or bad and you're going to focus on it because you get more of what you focus on and you create that reality. I was talking at a function last night and the lady that I was talking to could not imagine the outcome that she desired for an event that was coming up.
And I said just pretend, just use your imagination. She said "No, I can't imagine." Well, if imagination creates your reality, you're not going to have that reality if you don't use your imagination. So we did some work on that.
So what I'd like to to offer you, if that 𝐫𝐞𝐬𝐨𝐧𝐚𝐭𝐞𝐬 with you, that sort of concept about me drilling down into the specifics, getting clarity, getting focused, igniting the passion for your goal.
Then please reach out. We'd love to offer you a two-part series, about 30-40 minutes each, which will help you communicate your unconscious mind, your clarity, focus, so you can have what you want and really have your best life. I look forward to to really helping you get that.
