Self-Love 5-Day Challenge
Something that is close to my heart is people helping themselves,
people looking after themselves.

𝙎𝙚𝙡𝙛 𝙡𝙤𝙫𝙚.

And it's not selfish, it's self maintenance and self-care. And really the greatest love we can have is self love.
If we put ourselves first, if we look after ourselves first, we're going to be a better version of ourselves. And the great benefit of that is we're going to live life better and everyone else around us is going to enjoy us more as well.

The next month, in the beginning of August, we're going to have a 𝟱-𝗱𝗮𝘆 𝗦𝗲𝗹𝗳-𝗹𝗼𝘃𝗲 𝗖𝗵𝗮𝗹𝗹𝗲𝗻𝗴𝗲.

It's a free challenge. 5 days of building up yourself in the sense of love that's of interest.
Every day we'll be doing some posts as we build up to the the five day self love challenge. So important. So many people are walking around stressed, anxious, depressed. We need to 𝙩𝙪𝙧𝙣 that around.

Get people to love themselves in a really positive way. Have you asked anyone? Maybe this can even apply to you. Have you asked anyone to look in the mirror and say to themselves, 𝙄 𝙡𝙤𝙫𝙚 𝙮𝙤𝙪? Majority of people can't do it. They don't want to confront that version of themselves in the mirror.

Well, we're going to 𝙘𝙝𝙖𝙣𝙜𝙚 that.
With your help, we can create a shift towards self-love and self-acceptance. Each of us has the power to make a difference, starting with ourselves. So remember, prioritize self-care and self-maintenance as part of your self-love journey. Today, make yourself a priority.
