In 2005, I hit my own wall — navigating depression, burnout, and a total loss of direction. Traditional approaches didn’t shift it… but tapping into the unconscious mind did. It changed everything.
That breakthrough led me to retrain in Clinical Hypnotherapy and Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), and ultimately become the coach I wish I had back then.
